A practical rope bag

A no-frills rope bag – the Edelrid Liner Bergfreunde Edition is a real minimalist! The liner can accommodate all single ropes up to 80 metres long. The rope bag has a simple shoulder strap and is therefore ideally suited for short approaches to a crag from the car park or for the walk to the climbing gym. It reliably protects your ropes from dirt and so increases their longevity (small dirt particles can rub between the fibres of ropes and cause them to age more quickly).

The integrated rope tarp ensures that your ropes don’t need to lie on the ground when outside. Plus, it makes it easier to move them from one corner of the climbing hall to the other. To avoid your ropes from getting tangled in transit, the two rope ends can be tied into the loops provided inside the Edelrid Liner.
